Oh and I also added a pair of black rimmed glasses because I imagined my character having those glasses, and there's already a pair of eyeglasses in the vault anyway. I also added a bit of random dresser loot to simulate other junk people might have brought and a chance for the other neighbor's clothes to show up. I went to the wiki and placed the clothes Nate, Nora, and all your neighbors had (yes this includes the flowery dress) in a metal box in the vault overseer's office. I removed the ESL plugins because LOOT informed me they are not safe.
